Amanda - Dental Hygienist
Amanda is a Texas native and came to Arkansas in 2007 to attend the University of Arkansas. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the U of A, she moved to Illinois for a few years and while living up there went to school for Dental Hygiene. After completing their degrees, she and her husband moved back to Arkansas in 2014.
Amanda joined our practice in February of 2016, and has loved getting to know our patients. She prides herself on being very gentle and always trying to educate the patients to ensure they are improving from appointment to appointment.
When she's not cleaning teeth, she enjoys baking goodies for everyone and spending time with her husband (and their two cats). They enjoy all things nerdy, including video games, board games, and watching and reading sci-fi and fantasy stuff. When the weather's nice, they also enjoy hiking and having picnics.
Skylar - Dental Hygienist
Skylar was born and raised here in Fayetteville. She attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway for 2 years then transferred to the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock where she received a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. She made her way back up to Northwest Arkansas where she now resides. She loves teaching her patients how to have a healthier smile and enjoys seeing patients come back with improvements. Skylar tries to make even the most apprehensive patient feel comfortable in her chair and she enjoys answering any questions that a patient might have about their oral health.
Jess - Dental Assistant
Jess was born on the south side of Chicago. Moving to northwest Arkansas in the late 90's, Jess went through the Rogers school district and graduated highschool in 2008. After receiving her Associates of Science from N.W.A.C.C. Jess spent the next several years working and managing restaurants. Needing a change of pace, she went back to school for her RDA license. Completing her clinical hours here with Dr. Keech, she was thrilled to have been offered a position to join the team.
Outside of the office, Jess spends a lot of time with her family, especially her young niece. She loves taking her large dog, Benny, on hikes, to the river and for camping trips. When the weather isn't cooperating for outside activities, she loves reading for her book club, playing video games, and watching movies.
Carrie - Dental Assistant
Carrie was born in San Diego, and at the age of 10 moved to Mountain Home, AR where she graduated from Mountain Home High School. She then went on to receive her license in Clinical Medical Assisting in San Juan Capistrano, California. Carrie returned back to Mountain Home to start a family and began working in an in-house dental assisting training position for a small practice. During this time, she received her Registered Dental Assisting license. In 2017, Carrie moved to NWA into a fixer upper on Beaver Lake.
Carrie has been in the dental community for 12 years and has a passion for improving smiles and connecting with her patients. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family of boys. They are busy fishing, riding go-carts, swimming, bike riding and playing with their family dog. On her own, Carrie loves yoga, renovating her home and watching documentaries.
